What is digital citizenship?
According to Wikipedia, a digital citizen refers to a person utilizing information technology (IT) in order to engage in society, politics and government. K. Mossberger, et al.[1] Define digital citizens as "those who use the Internet regularly and effectively". https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_citizen
However, When I think of digital citizenship I think of the following definition found on http://www.digitalcitizenship.net…. Digital citizenship is the norms of appropriate, responsible technology use.
